Dilution. They settled a lawsuit and the march 9th SEC report says that 130 million shares were issued to retire the debt. By my count..and I could be wrong..but added to a float of 106 million listed bring the total to 236 million. What is with the 5.5 billion talk? Yes I know they have a total amount authorized of 5.5 billion, but I don't see where they have been issued.
As far as friendlier I take that to mean the debt holders are not actively suing them. Perhaps the debt holders have bought shares in the open market at these rock bottom prices and would not want the stock diluted and lessen the chance of success if management has to deal with it.
I believe the baby water has a real chance of selling in stores. Mom's are particular about their kids intake.
It is good water. I find it helps me sleep. I guess the oxygen in the bloodstream is booted up and that is good.
