joro, sometimes the things we plan don't always pan out. Other times they do. I'm quite sure that anything this company has announced, "through James", they honestly believed would happen. Why would any company, or any individual for that matter, just keep issuing new releases that they believed were false. If that were the case here, don't you think that the S.E.C. would have halted trading in this stock long ago????

Florida, if you really believe that you are somewhat misguided. In the pinks, these things happen on a regular basis and the SEC does absolutely nothing. I was in QBID and they continuously put out pr's that they knew were false, diluted shares on a regular basis, blew through millions of shareholder dollars, and tried a secret r/s that they screwed up. It has been sitting with no bid for months and yet is still trading. Nothing has been done by the SEC to date.
