I believe he was diluted by 1.2%.. so if Ronin increased, is the 1% needed based on his previous holding percentage or 1% of the new OS count?

For example, I think he had 9.4% but with dilution, he now owns 8.2%.. So will Ronin need to own 10.4% or 9.2% before another filing another Amendment?

PPHM Should Be Changed to ATM - Absolute Dilution Machine, 35+ Years and Counting and still in Pre-Clinical Trials.
