I read a lot into it. We've been asking what happened in December with Stott and management. We know the proxy was an issue, but I interpret this to be the reactors were shutdown and they had to be performing batching. What other method is there, continuous flow or batching?

QMC isn't allowed to come out and directly say that someone screwed up and delayed production by batching instead or continuous flow. I'm sure they have non-disclosures with the former employees regarding their departure. I think this is the closet thing Steve could say without pointing fingers.
