Further, with regard to our recent proxy filing, we have kept our promise and omitted the requirement to authorize preferred shares (blank check preferred) re-incorporation in Delaware and a disproportionate reverse split. We have requested to increase the outstanding authorized to 750,000,000. I keenly understand that this number may be cause for pause, and I want to be clear that we remain sensitive to dilution concerns. For our strategic vision, we want the company to be in a position to be able to react to any opportunities to make strategic acquisitions.
