During the 3 months ended January 31,2017 atotal of 495,198,250 common shares were issued to repay convertible debt of $ 29,455. Accordingly, at January 31,2017 the Company had issued a total of 3,293,917,948 common shares (of which a total of 1,459,582,497 common shares or approximately 44.3V" were in the "public float").
