LPG Sector: Bahri joins hands with Petredec Limited by acquiring 30.3% share. Petredec is committed to increasing its fleet, in both size and type, into the future. Very Large Gas Carriers (VLGC) will form an integral part of the company’s operations and provide an increasingly flexible approach to the LPG industry.
Chemical Carriers: Bahri Chemicals is a subsidiary of Bahri and SABIC in 80:20 partnership. Bahri Chemicals presently owns and operates 26 chemical tankers and 5 MR Product Tankers. This represents Bahri Chemicals to be among the leading chemical owners globally.
Bahri operates (6) General Cargo vessels which are specialized in carrying general, projects cargo and several types of RoRo cargoes and are equipped with heavy lift cranes. The capacity of each ship is approximately 26,000 tons.
Dry-Bulk: Bahri Dry Bulk ‘BDB’ is a subsidiary of Bahri and ARASCO in 60:40 partnerships, BDB owns 5 Dry-Bulk Vessels.
Bahri’s presently owns a fleet of 83 vessels and additional 10 VLCCs are under construction due for delivery during 2017/2018.
