3. US Natural Gas Corp WV- A wholly owned subsidiary whose operations were based in Wayne County, West Virginia and primarily concentrated on the production of commercially viable natural gas.
4. Greater Cannabis Company, LLC- A wholly owned subsidiary formed to address the medical and recreational marijuana market.
