What originally occurred to me regarding the transfer was real estate. Since Dubai has a lot of government control over their land and real estate, I thought there was some legal hoop an American or Canadian business had to jump through in order to "officially" own the property, and be able to declare that ownership on a balance sheet.

Not exactly sure how that links in with Nevada though....
