I'm not sure what you're getting at. The schedule that you posted explains the requirements for MMs to report their short "POSITIONS" twice a month. It's like a snapshot of their short positions at those times. My post was in reply to those, who use FINRA's daily short "SALES" as support for a short squeeze. A "POSITION" at any given time is not the same as "SALES" over a 1 day period. As days go by, shares are shorted and shares are covered. At the end of every 15 day period MMs will check their logs and send the info to FINRA.
