From what I read in agreement 1.4, it states shares are being reduced from 3 Bil to 300 Mil on a 1:10 reverse split to shareholders, no later than 4-30-2917.

The "Company Shareholders" referenced in that section are the shareholders of McCusker Holding, not ORRV.
