So can we say ORRV And OORV which is a part of ORRV...is NOW all consumed by McCusker Holding Corporation.AND ORRV AND OORV NO LONGER EXIST...

Not until we see actual merger documents for ORRV in Nevada. At this time, it's still a stand-alone company, and has not merged with anything.
