I think it's likely you haven't understood my post. But I can assure you it's entirely correct. Anyone can see that ORRV the public company is nowhere mentioned in the Articles of Merger. Only "OORV Acquisition", the new company, is. And "OORV Acquisition" has not merged with Oceanic Research and Recovery (ORRV). ORRV has not, to date, been involved in any merger.
