Because the R/S is not about Nasdaq listing, as I have said many times. They need to reduce share count because there are not enough available shares for conversion should debt holders choose to convert. Don't forget, when they do conversions, they ALSO reduce the debt. This RS is about creating a much smaller OS more than anything else. It is incidental that the stock price will increase by 4X, that is not the goal, at all.
