Although i do believe ICLD is an excellent merger/acquisition target and have said that numerous times based on their fundamentals. A lot of these small-mid cap companies simply cannot afford the overhead regulatory costs today.

LAFC market maker has been on the bid a while and I believe he's known for mergers and acquisitions through R.F. Lafferty. Who freaking knows though.
