I like the sound of Roskill's report that Landmark posted earlier.


"Within the next (hopefully) few days, we will see NioCorp release the feasibility study for its Elk Creek project in the USA. The company is, quite understandably, not releasing much prior to publication but Roskill anticipates that budgeted project costs will be down quite significantly from previous estimates because of reported process and permitting improvements. That, coupled with existing offtake agreements, could make debt financing a lot easier. It’s probably not a race to the finish line but it’s certainly hotting-up. Watch this space."
