no, imo you're reading this incorrectly. looks to me like the market knows oranoxis is in the deal, because DOLV was running for 6 days prior to the peak, but the trademark office kicking back their submission on 2/13 was the unexpected part.

so now we wait for the new trademark submission to be accepted. the problem was a minor one, and very easy to fix.
