one thing we know for sure: rumors of delays that end up in chat rooms (curiously around the same time news is expected) are always 100% true, and never, ever designed to shake out weak hands.
The company HLK which DOLV is suspected to merging to claims that they set up a holding company in the US and plans to be listed in October this year, from my reading in some chat room. If this is true we have to wait for six or seven months. Someone might find the same information and started dumping today. The PPS could drop to low trips or even no bid at some point.
On the other hand, HLK is huge and is growing fast. Its valuation is way over 30 million USD today. Whoever has patience and accumulate at low trips will win big within a year.
