F6, why did this report use this photo for discussion of CO2 emissions? I would estimate 95 percent (if not 100 percent) of the emissions in the photo are cooling towers emitting 100% water vapor. Can't tell for sure, but it looks like a nuke plant which would be close to zero CO2.
