POLA -.38 to 8.11, Q1 seems to be seasonally weak judging by analyst estimates for EPS of $0.11, not to mention the weak backlog picture at the end of Q4 ....

I'm watching it from the sidelines for now. It could get cheaper. I'd prefer to see the Q1 earnings and backlog before starting a position.
