OWCP is a sub-penny stock at best - there isn't any patents - there isn't any hope of any of the patents being granted (read the patent examiners report) - the financials are a disaster - OWCP doesn't own anything proprietary.

They are a press release company - without any substance.

OWCP is supposed to be a biotech company but in the last quarter they spent $30k on R&D.
