I bought a million shares 2+ years ago and I stilll have a million. Doesnt a R/S decrease the amount of shares you own and adjust the price accordingly? Isnt there an expiration date or timeframe they have to work in? When was the announcement of the latest R/S? Why would they get approval for one and not do it? The volume here seems consistent and unlike other P+D's ive seen. Not sure what to think about this.
