Know your facts before you spew Cartman...

Eves and Neary weren't allowed to buy when they signed the binding letter of intent with the "household name" a few months back. I don't know if that is still in play, but with the latest potential fundings (DOE), they probably have similar trading restrictions.

Time to find a new ticker Cartman. Too dangerous here, way too many positives.
