If you really want to buy up the whole float then I would suggest you to raise the bid to $0.20 first because at $0.10 only a few hundreds of shares are available for sales! One might spend numerous commission fees and countless days waiting in order to accumulate even 2,000 shares! However if the bid could be raised to $1.00 then one might be able to easily buy a couple of thousands of shares.

Anyway totally only less than 10,000 shares sold at $1.00 or below since NXTN declined from the recent high $12.50...
