I'm curious LR. Can you show that the PUBLIC COMPANY (LYJN)is actually doing business? Are there any articles, documents or anything else available indicating the public company is actually doing business at anything other than again offering its worthless "stock"? If it's not actually doing business, why doesn't it just formally dissolve and request its final IRS audit and closure actions?
