Before investing into ECIG I did my due deligence and found that all VIP locations in UK and Ireland are owned by ECIG and all product to vip Ireland are sold by MHL UK.
Lets wait and watch till MHL is sold which cant be for much given that they owe money to everyone they did business with according to a supplier.
