So country boy, do I have this right? Rufus and Ben were sitting around the fire about 2 a.m., taking a break from frog giggin'. As they were passing the bottle of Old Crow back and forth, they concocted this plan to hypothecate billions of dollars of bonds, with no investment of their own, and make millionaires out of everybody that threw $20,000 their way. Does that about sum it up? BTW, did you notice if Rufus has all his teeth?
