Since you're in that frame of mind, let me ask you this question, because, I haven't been dabbling in the pinks for that long of a time frame.

Have you ever seen a successful private company, one that has been in business 27 years and has had no blemishes on its business record, or the CEO; go public on the pinks and put out a series of false press releases of this magnitude?

I certainly haven't. Almost always when I see a scam perpetuated, it's with a company that has just recently been created, one where the management team has some kind of shady background, or they have a god-zillion shares outstanding.
