Is huge for Vornado. I saw the same thing in Canada when the Chinese that are close to the China power circle started buying investments in important Vancouver infrastructure projects where they could gain influence. This purchase strikes right at the core of the Trump plans to boost investment in real estate that is close to his family - Kushner.

Vornado profits greatly from this deal and there will be many more to come just like this one. Look at whats happened to Vancouver real estate in last couple years. Chinese started this investment schedule and strategy many years ago and its been perfected.
