Ronnie, whether you are right or wrong is open to conjecture until audited financials are released but I would rather trust the CEO of CSHD, who has made public statements that put him at risk of both civil and criminal action, than those of an anonymous message board poster.

On the other hand, the Free Cash Flow, which will be at least $1.50 per share annually, indicates a share price well in excess of $10. That is undeniable, so much so I wonder not only why you sold your shares but also why you continue to stick around long after you were out.
