Ya and what people fail to realize is those shares are owned by the ceo which are going to be collateral for funding the project
Once they get the permits major institutions will hand them money and the shares will be held either by ceo or the lenders as collateral
Then the building of the refinery will begin
The guy isnt stupid
You think hes going to sell those 7 billion on open market and make this crash to zero then hes got not collateral and a ticker worth 0.00001 no thats not the case
Hes going to use those shares to get the funding to build this thing and investors will lock away there shares and while its beong built share price will go up 100 fold and investors will be sitting pretty and so are we
