Yes, the acquisition was done with shares and loan. It doesn't say that half of $250k was with shares, does it?
Anyway, there was about 450M as of the end of September. About 40M+ was added at the end of December as a note conversion.. It could be that $30k note which has been the only note per last filing.. so OS was 490M at the end of December per filing.
and then it's possible that they issued 100M for acquisition..
Are these shares from acquisition being sold to the market or there's something else going on.. hard to say.
I thought we were dealing with that 42M or so issued at the end of December. They were issued at 0.001 so I thought this is why we are not going lower but I'm not sure if we are not already above that 42M in t trades or maybe just very close to it.. I haven't been tracking t trades.. maybe someone else did..
