I am having a bit of trouble understanding the "reorganization release" - I mean, a company's assets and cash flow changes all the time. They don't "reorganize" and change the capital share structure...
If RTN lands a huge $5 billion military contract, or acquires a subby - they just roll it all in to the next Q. The share price adjusts all by itself based on the current valuation of the company.
Best I've gotten - this is some sort of IPO or something...
Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
