"Big Hat Enterprises" was created so Eric could funnel any proceeds from the release of Chosen to a new bank account.

So many creditors are after HHSE right now, that any funds they receive from any of their minor distribution deals would be immediately seized to pay the judgments.

This is what companies do when they are in desperate legal trouble-- create new entities to hide the money. This is also why Fred can't/won't provide the information demanded at the deposition.

This is also why HHSE CANNOT file a form 10 showing any assets, as those assets would immediately be seized by the creditors with valid judgments filed in Arkansas, like JSJ's for over $700,000.
