Please bear in mind this is just speculation on my part. The way I see the management structure is Steve is the CEO of Sulja's business. He's primarily involved in opening new locations and managing the day-to-day affairs of the Canadian and American customer base. I think he also owns a bunch of shares, something on the order of 40 million.

The rest of the big picture planning is being conducted by Consultech in consultation with Vista International. Petar Vucicevich appears to be the main person bridging the two organizations. It’s important to remember Sulja has been a fully owned subsidiary of Consultech since (I believe), 1994.
