Thanks Mighty! LOL!

But you know what I mean! There are two Home Depots here in London, ON and almost everyone of the Store Mgrs., Ass. Store Mgrs., Dept. Mgrs., etc. came up thru the Retail Deptment Store field.

The problem with Retail is that although they badly need people like Licensed Electricials, Plumbers, Gas Fitters, Etc., and people with that are knowledgable with the local Building Codes, the wages they pay won't get them these people! Sure, sometimes they luck out and get someone who is retired or just plain sick and tired of working for himself, and needs to do something else.

I won't get into what I thought of all the silly games that they forced the staff to particpate in, to build "team spirit"! LOL!
