Following your lead, thought this post was pretty good, so I'm reposting it. It's Long and Lean's from today:

Smouch - I dont think they will get enough sales to support operations. A lot of shares issued in additon to the 1.5 million given to the internet stock hype letter. That wont show up in this 10Q - it happened during the current quarter.
I would like to see gary's current o/s count on the day of the 10Q to make the picture complete.
IMO, after Ralphs and NoCA, and if expanding in TX out of two cities, they may have a chance next quarter.
This filing is going to be a letdown, expecially if Ralphs is not started this week - the postponed date was "June."
