The clock is ticking fellow shareholders; we have, correction, EP has 3 more weeks to make or break this company with the audit; I think the shareholders gave him more than ample time (7+ years to be exact)to get this done; but as for me this is the last straw if he makes another lame excuse; it just means it will never happened; i'm assuming all is well with form 10 since there is no mention of any errors, setbacks, etc; and EP don't wit th elast minute to blog about setback, be more transparent...
