Pls explain.. I don't see any contradictory here..

1. The company insists that Tracy has "resigned", though it didn't really say from what.

2. In order to bring a custodianship to a close, the custodian must file a motion requesting that with the Clark County court. Tracy has done that in connection with a few of his other shells. He has not yet done it for ORRV.
