I don't think the audit will raise the pps, maybe for a bump but that is it. The audit is a plus but uplisting is what would help and just being current with the SEC doesn't mean they uplist right then. For one thing they have mot even submitted anything to the SEC and the stock is not .01 or above. Supposedly takes 90 days on the SEC side so the longer the delay the later in the year it gets...
