NICE!!! also like the fact that they didn't pay any dilutive shares
to anyone to get this to come to FRUITION - as we all know, its fees that can kill a deal and also kill shareholder value - they kept all of this in mind....
these are the kind of things that many deals will not show you, they keep this little stuff under wraps....
