Prudence would have dictated anyone with a substantial investment at under .10 would have sold at various points above .50 up to that .97 high.

But that just would have been prudent.

But, of course, if you did not have a lot of shares under .10, it would explain why one did not sell after the stock went up 1000%. Because it was only a couple of hundred of dollars at risk.
