My opinion is: MSRM would be a good (possibly great) investment but I wouldn't look for any big returns soon.

I expect PBLS to go up this week but I'd keep an eye on that 10dma line and sell fast if it closes below the line. Yesterday's bounce might signal an end to the share dumping that's kept the price down but it's also possible it was just a head fake and the dump will resume. No way to know, really.
