for those who've asked about filing complaints with FINRA re: their GTCs (bids) being bypassed
for those targeted trades .. the link below will assist .. worth the time and effort imo because
FINRA will undertake observation of PTOI's trading with retails' complaints' filed

this morning's bypassed trade was the 3rd done in the last 2 weeks
and the 2nd done in back to back days (yesterday's was fed to CSTI at mkt open)

the visible GTC that was once again bypassed this morning .. as it was yesterday
