Strong's debt is secured by the assets of the company,,so, he's in a position of great strength if his goal is to take control of the company fully. His warrants, etc, will reset, as will the terms of the loan if he doesn't decide to simply force payment of all debt now, as is his right. Strong started the process, nice move for him, somewhat predictable...
