They will likely do a reverse split to correct the share structure after the offer, which makes it very possible when combined with the serious sector correction that is occurring now and will continue throughout the next 1-2 years. Contrary to popular belief, they are not limited. While the SEC has been more stern with the amount of reverse splits any company can do, they are certainly not limited.
