We cannot reverse merge into Consultech. One might merge with or acquire the other, but it wouldn't be a reverse merger. The reverse merger has already been done in order to bring SLJB public, and doesn't need to be done again.

There are shares (200 or 300 million, I believe) authorized, issued, and restricted for the purpose of merging with Consultech (or at least the midwest division of Consultech), and I'm thinking they will be used for that purpose fairly soon, after they're worth enough for Consultech to think it worthwhile to go ahead with the deal.
