Would it be wise to hold out for the sale of VIP or sell this at 2 or 3 cents PPS here? Would there be any trickle down for us if they find a buyer at 75M. My understanding is the fully diluted share count is about 700M (assuming Calm Waters acquires the remainder of the AS shares 170M, he will own ~89% of the shares). Retail owns about 80M shares. If they sell for 75M divided by /700M =.107 PPS.
Are retail investors gonna be totally left out of any deal after all debt is settled?
Some clarification of "strategic alternatives" on Dan's part would be appreciated...
