Scott Pruitt of Oklahoma to lead the EPA?? Wow! This is really heating up.. His state has been beat up for years by the EPA. Time for some serious changes in coal. The table has turned! Pristine-M may be the only technology needed to comply with new, face-saving "regulations". This guy is as lenient as they come.
