Based on IHUB or other counting of shares traded everybody knows prices between the true bid and ask that are buys count as sells when they are really buys. The only way to get the programs to count it as a buy is to slap the ask.

Test it out buy 1000 shares on bid or slightly above and it will count as a sell.
